What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a process to help you feel less stuck in life, your relationships, or with work.  Are you feeling anxious, sad, or triggered by a recent or past trauma? Are you having trouble coping with something new or unexpected? In general therapy is a safe space, a collaborative environment to encourage growth and expand our capacity.
